How will my order be shipped?
How can I exchange my order?
If you would like to exchange your item, Wholistic Jewels will offer a refund for the full amount, less shipping costs. To receive a refund all pieces must be returned within 14 days of receiving & must be undamaged, unworn & without any scratches etc. Postage back to Wholistic Jewels Office is the customer’s responsibility. Postage costs on any returns received will not be reimbursed, this is non-negotiable. Due to hygienic & sanitary reasons, we are unable to offer any return or exchange on earrings.
How will my order be packaged?
To lessen our carbon footprint & work towards making Wholistic Jewels as sustainable as possible, when multiple pieces are purchased, each piece will be packaged appropriately in one box to ensure safe travels (along with a any other goodies we gift to you). Please let us know in the notes section at checkout if you do require more boxes.
Does Wholistic Jewels have a warranty?
Yes we do, all of our pieces come with an 8 month warranty.
I didn't receive an order confirmation?
If you haven't received an order confirmation email, please check your junk mail, or email email@example.com as the email provided may be incorrect.
The item I want is out of stock?
If the item you are wanting is out of stock, please click the 'email when in stock' button to be notified when it is due to arrive back in stock. Or email firstname.lastname@example.org to see when it is due to be back in stock.
Does Wholistic Jewels offer a repair service?
Yes we do, however this service is only applicable to pieces that fall within the 8 month warranty & require repair due to manufacturing fault, not personal wear & tear.
Can I have my piece repaired by a 3rd party?
Any repairs, tampering or alterations of your piece by a 3rd party will void Wholistic Jewels's 8 Month Warranty. If your piece has been damaged by personal wear & tear, this is not covered under our warranty.
Can I add a note into my order?
Of course! We love hand writing love notes to friends, family & loved ones. Please indicate what you would like your note to say in the notes section at checkout.

What materials are used in the designs?
14k Gold Fill
Gold Fill is not plated, it indicates jewelry with a thick layer of 14k solid gold, that has been pressure bonded over sterling silver.
925 Sterling Silver
Our silver pieces are made with 0.925 Sterling Silver, which is solid silver mixed with another metal.
Precious & Semi Precious Crystals
Our crystals are all dainty in size, ranging from 2mm-5mm. We use hand-cut rondelle faceted crystals. We only use natural, heated, or irradiated crystals. We never use dyed or false crystals.
How do I care for my pieces?
How use the tube clasp on my layered necklace?
We use tube clasps on our layered necklaces to avoid tangling. Each hole in the tube clasp separates the chains so they do not twist when being worn. For help on how to put on & take off necklaces with tube clasp, watch our demonstration video.
How do I store my pieces?
We recommend when not wearing your Wholistic Jewels pieces to store them in the boxes provided. Or, to avoid tangling of the fine chain, we recommend hanging your piece on a necklace stand, or use a coat hanger to hang your pieces. Store in a dark closet if possible away from moisture.
Do Wholistic Jewels pieces contain nickel?
All Wholistic Jewels pieces are nickel free.
Are the crystals used natural?
We only use natural, heated, or irradiated crystals. We never use dyed or false crystals. Our selection is as follows.
Natural: amethyst, garnet, kyanite, labradorite, moonstone, peridot, pink spinel, rose quartz, & rutilated quartz
Heated: aquamarine, citrine, orange sapphire, & ruby
Irradiated: blue topaz
Are the crystals used heated?
